Digital Doppelganger

An unauthorized digital replica of a specific real person, constructed from cloned or forged elements of their expressive identity (including but not limited to; appearance, voice and behavioral patterns) that is functionally indistinguishable from the real individual. Unlike a Synthetic Persona, a digital doppelganger is derived from an actual person and can be deployed without their knowledge or consent.
