AI Governance

The policies, processes, roles, and structures an organization or government puts in place to oversee the development, deployment, and use of AI responsibly. Good AI governance ensures that AI decisions are accountable, risks are managed, and the technology is used in alignment with legal requirements and ethical principles. International frameworks such as the OECD AI Principles serve as a common foundation across jurisdictions.
