Interpretable Model

A model whose decision-making process is transparent and understandable to humans, either because of its simple structure, such as a decision tree or linear model, or because it has been designed to explain its reasoning. Interpretable models are especially important in regulated industries like healthcare and finance, where decisions must be auditable.
